Reggie Casagrande is strategic cultural marketing expert.  Her unique skill set combines integrated marketing, growth and brand strategy, creative, and go to market experience. She has spent the last decade creating award winning campaigns, building influencer, athlete + entertainment programs that drive community & business growth.   She has worked in both key global and regional roles for large matrix organizations, activating communities that drive growth and relevance for brands.

Her peripatetic childhood growing up abroad as a third culture kid, was her inspiration for becoming a cultural marketer.      Her professional journey started in  early 2000's NYC as a fashion photographer & art director working with athletes & hip hop artists which developed her passion for blending youth culture and sports with street style.

 She is currently driving Cultural Initiatives for brands like Pepsi and McDonalds.    Previously at Oakley Luxottica working with some of the world's top athletes & influencers to activate the brand.    She has worked as a Brand Marketing Director, for Adidas, Converse, and WarnerMedia overseeing integrated culture, entertainment and influencer marketing, strategy, creative, and social media.

She built her eCom mobile experience skill set running all integrated Marketing for youth culture media platform Complexcon as Senior Director of Marketing for Ntwrk.  Throughout her journey, she has held agency roles including VP Marketing of consulting agency MC2000 studio, where  she has worked with clients: Nike, Pepsi, McDonalds, Electronic Arts, Goorin, Blue Bottle & Futura brands.  

At the heart of it all, she is passionate about mentorship, diversity and inclusion, and donates time pro bono to work with charities supporting BIPOC entrepreneurs.  She has driven strategic women's initiatives for major brands that deliver growth, advocacy and revenue and is passionate about the women’s conversation in streetwear and other male dominated industries.

    I realized a long time ago that it takes a village and I am thankful to all the amazing cross functional teams, artists & creatives that have contributed to my programs and projects.      I love my team.    Whether I am hanging off a building, boat or a mountain, there is someone there holding on to me, helping execute something epic.  

    These shots show the whimsical moments and the tragedies one learns from in an effort to make content and bring stories to life.   I believe that being a great leader and mentor comes down to 3 simple things.   The #3C's.   Collaboration, concept and communication.    If you can bring like minded, talented people together and execute great ideas you are winning, and I like to win.
